Restore sand dance session from exported html #694

Description

Starting point

I really enjoy the sand dance option to export as an hmtl on https://microsoft.github.io/SandDance/app/#, allowing one to retain everything in an easily shareable format, which includes snapshots, data, filtering, ... using local data

This can be achieved via:

  • 📷 on sidebar > Snapshots > Create Snapshot dropdown 🔽 > Export As .. > html

Problem

If one notices an error in the html, it seems to be currently impossible to resume editing by restoring the Sand Dance session from the exported html.

The only way to keep editing is to keep the session alive and watch out to never refresh

Motivation

Adding this option would save a lot of time when scenarios such as the one above happen
