Product feedback - we would like to hear from you!

Product feedback is important in that helps us improve our services. We would love to hear from you on the following:

• Bugs, things that don't work. What is important to capture is what you're doing, what steps you took and what the expected outcome is as opposed to what you're seeing
• Features, is there a feature or capability that you think the product needs, what and why.

Here's an example:

When I tried using Connector X to accomplish Y, I got the following error message:
