I did not see any notes specifying that this project only works in a Linux environment... #150

but it fails with:

Build dev micro-ROS environment failed:
'.' is not recognized as an internal or external command,

operable program or batch file.

Is there a fix for this...and if not can the documentation be updated to reflect that it only works in Linux?
