TRRS Joystick to USB Mouse #5

There is a need for a version of the code that allows a TRRS Joystick to be used as a USB Mouse cursor.

The use case here is on mobile/tablet use, where the user wants to control their cursor with a joystick but has other means of switch input such as Bluetooth switches or voice control for switches. The need is for something that is low cost, easy to build, and simple to use, which the Shrub Hub would satisfy with this additional code.
