Current Behavior

I am trying to save the cookie forwarding settings with the lowcoder resource. Both the Forward all and the name will not retain after a save and reload.

Regular REST API Resources does save these values.

Expected Behavior

After entering in values, then clicking Save, it should save.

Steps to reproduce

Enter in a value or check the box shown, then click save. Click back into the resource and you can see that they did not retain their settings.
