Current Behavior

I have a table that does not have the concept of selection. That I accomplished with the settings. It also doesn't have the concept of a row "hover". That I am unable to accomplish. I tried changing the row hover color to transparent, but it does not honor that.

I attached two screen shot, the first without overing over the table. ( I am using conditional row colors), the second is hovering over the table (which hightlights a row, even though the color has 100% transparency

Expected Behavior

If row hover color is something like #ffffff00 , I expect to see no row color.

Steps to reproduce

Try to adjust the row hover color for any table
