Current Behavior

Switch Camera option does not switch to other cameras when using Force Capture with File Upload component; it continues to capture from the default camera.

Expected Behavior

Selecting other cameras should capture image from the desired camera.

Steps to reproduce

1. Add a File Upload component to app
2. Enable Force Capture option on the component
3. Run the app and click the component’s Browse button; capture dialog will show image from default camera
4. Click Switch Camera button; all cameras are properly displayed
5. Select a different camera from the list; capture dialog continues to show default camera

Environment

Tested in Edge, Chrome, and Safari on IOS for iPad and iPhone
Tested in Firefox and Chrome on Linux
Same results on all of the above.

Additional Information

Confirmed it is not a browser issue, because Scanner component can successfully switch between cameras. Problem appears to be specific to the File Upload component.
