Current Behavior

Not getting any Password Reset email via Password Forgot functionality.

Expected Behavior

1. User should get a proper Password Reset email, with reset_password link.
2. User should be able to reset password when click on the link got in the email.
3. User should be able to login with the new password after password reset.

Steps to reproduce

1. Click on Forgot Password link.
2. Check your email.
3. You won't get any email for Password Reset.

Production - V2.4.3
