Observed behavior

When I click the size value dropdown then since the popup is too small I am seeing a scrollbar and also the background resulting in poor visuals:

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Sign in to Studio with an Admin user
2. Go to Administration > Users attempt to assign more disk space.
