Shade level returns unknown #67

My shades show a level of unknown, but the value is available. When the shade is moved, the state "level" changes with the position of the shade, but the variable "Level" appears to stay the same at 100. This screen shows the state as "unknown", but "level" is correct at 80 and "Level" is still 100.
