Feedback: new TraceCore CLI run → verify → bundle loop #70

I'm interested in feedback before we plan the next iteration:

Does this new loop cut down on friction for your local debugging? Any rough edges?

Would extra hints (e.g., auto failure summaries, suggested next commands) help?

Are there CI or team workflows where the defaults still get in your way?
