The config is split into the following sections: daemon, blockchain, messaging, logging, timeout, policy, payjoin, yield generator, and snicker.
The fee settings are probably the most relevant for regular users.
As per JoinMarket docs:
Several parameters are to be included with the order, currently:
cjfee: the amount, in percentage or satoshis, required for the Taker to pay the Maker.txfee: the contribution, in satoshis, that the Maker will contribute to the overall Bitcoin transaction fee.
