iota firefly wallet backup problem #8653

Hello all and thanks in advance to the ones that puts the effort and the time to help.
i want to transfer my iota tokens to my binance account.
i have an old version of the firefly on my phone and i haven't used it for a long time ,on log on i am getting a massage - error.nude.plugin not found

i don't have a 24 words backup {i have the old long 81 or 82 letters key}
i am trying to export a backup file from the firefly app on the phone but getting a massage that the backup destination was not valid

despite the firefly have all the permissions and i tried to change to a new destination folder but got the same massage .

@Gr153is the mobile app was deprecated long time ago, which means we have not been updating it for newer OS updates which might explain your issue.
When you created your wallet you were given 24 words to backup, and that is what you need to recover your funds since those are your keys. The old 81 characters seed is no longer valid and it seems like you already migrated because you had the mobile app. If you maybe think you did not migrate you can try migration https://blog.iota.org/iota-legacy-migration-tool/ but it might be that you already migrated, in which case you need your 24 words
