Filter / mark apps for specific integrations #1298

It should be possible to mark apps, so they are only shown in certain situations. I'm imaging a way, where I can mark an app for the outlook integration and it will only be accessible there.
This way we can have similar apps, but they are not duplicated in web and outlook.
