Why is the Java version so far behind the Python version? I’ve read through the Python version, but I want to try using the Java version.

From my point of view, what users need here is not only an explanation that Python is ahead, but a parity roadmap or at least a clearly defined stable subset for Java. Otherwise the Java package reads like a moving target with unclear expectations.

Even a lightweight matrix showing core agent features, tool support, and planned catch-up areas would make adoption decisions much easier.
