Ability to semantic search github issues. Retrieving each issue and parsing to search for text blows through the context window.

search_discussions (named like search_issues) would be helpful so the LLM can find information which might be relevant to an issue.

I am utilizing LLM to prioritize, and complete simple PR discussions and then resolve. Would love to see the MCP have access to add replies to existing discussions, and then resolve those discussions. Currently doing this with a script, and the LLM consistently thinks it can do it with the MCP and ends up adding more and more new discussion topics to the PR (rather than adding a reply and resolving) ...
