When a session completes a merge and deployment and there is an issue, I often will share the details of the error, or bad experience in the same session. This feels right because that session has all the necessary context. However, it leaves the UX a bit confusing.

While the agent is working on a new PR/merge the indicator on the session shows merged. I'm not sure what the best way is to do this, but I think I'd like to see the session status change back to a pre-merged state.
