Adding multiple highlight colours #180

I'd like to be able to highlight the text in various colours for different yet specific reasons and label them accordingly. Is this currently possible?

I want to enable highlighting for 'grammar', 'structure' and 'feedback', each having a different colour, e.g. red, blue and green. How can I currently achieve this?
