Creation of User via API or External SQL Server #791

Hi,

Currently, I am running maddy in docker environment along with snappy mail. Everything is working as expected.
For Maddy configuration, I am using the default docker configuration which is part of the repo.

Is there a way to setup API endpoint to create new users ?
OR
Is it possible to setup external SQL/Postgres DB to sync contacts?
OR
If there is a light-weight webclient (with API) through which I could create users

Basically, I am looking for a way to create or sync users aside from command line, Just so I could automate creation of user and its email account.

Any suggestions would be helpful. I am relatively new to maddy setup
