Remove or replace outdated pin layout documentation #156

The files in https://github.com/fossasia/pslab-hardware/tree/pslab-v6/docs/pin_layouts are outdated. They don't show the v6 version but what I think is a prototype.

The files should be replaced (preferably) or removed.
