Bug: Renaming file or folder fails because file or folder is in use by Files #17479

Description

Description

If I try renaming a folder or file, it fails because the folder/file is being used by Files. I have to end task then restart Files to rename the folder/file. I do not have any other instances of Files open, no extra tabs open, and no other apps open. The only Files instance & tab that is open is the parent folder containing the sub folder I am trying to rename. This typically happens after renaming sub-folders inside the folder you are trying to rename. Files somehow holds onto that and it causes this issue
