Correct radius role tokens, CLI and sandbox paths, and the renamed templates gallery route

Correct the CLI asset paths: templates and docs live under packages/cli/assets

Doc types come from @astryxdesign/cli/authoring; docs-types.ts does not exist

Fix the block template path: packages/cli/assets/templates/blocks

Docsite: use canonical astryx.atmeta.com URL The docsite is served canonically at astryx.atmeta.com; the Vercel deployment (xds-sandbox.vercel.app) serves the same site.
