WFM demodulator #2743

Hi All,

When using WFM demodulator I found that there is no RDS Tx support available right now and only support raw audio codec file directly.

I think mp3,mp4, flac like support should be there as these are very common.

You're talking about a broadcast FM modulator here and there is no such modulator at the moment. Of course anyone is welcome to contribute...
