I Need an idea for 2 servos to turn a heat switch in 5 gain Steps in Home Assistant in Combination with an esp 32

Can you help me to Generate a Code in yaml for this ?

I have a picture for the Constitution

My idea is, because in That case is a 360 Switch, to Turn the Switch with two 180 servos,

One servo goes up and the other Goes down at the same time, to turn the switch image
