Possible confusing time inputs for timetracking #7

Timetracking makes use of time inputs for working hours and breaks which may be confusing if your browsers locale settings forces a 12h-layout.

A 30 minute break may be displayed as 12:30 PM instead of comprehensible 00:30.

Please speak to your systems operator for a decent 24h locale setting.
