Drag editing may only work properly with pointing devices like mice #1

Dragging elements for reordering doesn't work on Android because touch-events do not include this function. Safari in iOS triggers the drag event on longpress but is not capable of triggering the context menu in this case. Constructing document components and documents, audits and text templates most probably need devices with mice or a supported pointer. iOS with a Magic-Keyboard works though.
