Radial gradients and extended gradients are not rendered #321

Geometries that are filled with an XRadialGradientBrush are rendered black.

The properties ExtendLeft and ExtendRight that are available on both, the XLinearGradientBrush and the XRadialGradientBrush have no effect.

The issue is fixed by PR316.
