Command Line waiting elementary Code #1445

When Code is launched as part of a command line task (e.g git commit --amend launching an editor), the terminal waits for the program to exit.

When there is already a Code window open, the terminal doesn't wait for the program to exit.

Is it in scope to handle this use-case thoroughly for people who set elementary Code as their default editor via $EDITOR and $VISUAL environment variables.
