Instagram profile grid updated to 3:4, planner still assumes square (1:1) #1

Instagram recently changed how profile grids display. Instead of the long-standing square thumbnails (×ばつ1080, 1:1), the grid now shows taller previews in roughly 3:4 aspect ratio (×ばつ1350).
