Transitive dependency licensens. (SNI) #4307

This package is licensed under MIT, yet it has some packages that are licensed under a different license, one that does not immidiately seem like a compatible/permisive license, but I could be mistaken (not an expert).

It does however raise a flag for our organisation, the packages in question are the SNI packages.

So is there someone who can sheed some light on this?

A bit more detail about the referenced packages we have identifed that is flagged:

https://www.nuget.org/packages/Microsoft.Data.SqlClient.SNI/
Points to: https://www.nuget.org/packages/Microsoft.Data.SqlClient.SNI/6.0.2/License

https://www.nuget.org/packages/Microsoft.Data.SqlClient.SNI.runtime/
Points to: https://www.nuget.org/packages/Microsoft.Data.SqlClient.SNI.runtime/6.0.2/License

Both seems to be a variation of: https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet_library_license.htm, maybe in an older version?, as the one under that link includes something around Personal Data (GDPR) where as the ones in the packages has nothing around that.

Which probably means that it is ok, if my interpretation of that is correct. But still raises flags.
