RED/View is programming language used to make CherryTracker, it can compile to x86-, x86-64-, ARM and ARMhf. But not to m68k.

RED/View is similar like to REBOL/View, https://www.rebol.com , where exist closed source REBOL/View 1.2 Amiga 68k version at https://www.rebol.com/release-archive.html#section-3 . But there is no source code for REBOL/View 1.2 Amiga 68k. There was open source release of Rebol 3 but it did not have View part for GUIs.

SDL3 is used by CherryTracker for audio-stream output. But there is no SDL3 for Amiga, there is only SDL2.

There is existing trackers for Amiga 68k:

It is not AI content. Those are links to dependencies I need when I consider porting to Vampire.
