LimitRequestBody is not 0 in this machine #807

I tried a restore using the All in One WP Migration plugin but it was not working because of the upload limit. I tried to update the upload_max_filesize, value post_max_size, and memory_limit but it still did not work. It only worked when I put the variable LimitRequestBody in 0. So I guess they compiled this apache with this variable in a different value.
