macOS refuses to run the pacman installer #65

What's the issue you encountered?
Running devkitpro-pacman-installer.pkg yields the following error message:
Apple could not verify "devkitpro-pacman-installer.pkg" is free of malware that may harm your Mac or compromise your privacy.
The file is then moved to Trash.
How can the issue be reproduced?
- Download https://github.com/devkitPro/pacman/releases/download/v6.0.2/devkitpro-pacman-installer.pkg
- Run it.
