It appears the avrdude.conf file is missing:
An error occurred while uploading the sketch
avrdude: can't open config file "C:\Users\robert\AppData\Local\Arduino15\packages\attiny\hardware\avr1円.0.2/avrdude.conf": No such file or directory
avrdude: error reading system wide configuration file "C:\Users\robert\AppData\Local\Arduino15\packages\attiny\hardware\avr1円.0.2/avrdude.conf"
Comparing with the 'MightyCore' package where there is a conf file here:
AppData\Local\Arduino15\packages\MightyCore\hardware\avr2円.0.5\avrdude.conf
