Do a new tag/release of ctrlp.vim #636

Hi!

Although vim-ctrlp 1.81 is working fine for me it has been a long time (Nov 12, 2020) since a version have been tagged.

Linux distributions are using this tag to update their package, see:

https://repology.org/project/vim-ctrlp/versions

Could you please consider to tag a recent stable commit as 1.82?
