Ruler Experimental API in Production #6699

Hi.
Most Cortex Ruler HTTP APIs, such as set rule group or delete rule group, are still considered experimental according to the official documentation (https://cortexmetrics.io/docs/api/#ruler). Are they safe to use in production? If not, I'll manage rule group files directly in S3 or Swift, and let rulers load them on each poll interval.
