USB MIDI for S3 (and P4). #23

Hey, saw in Arduino MIDI Library today:
"New : MIDI over USB"

Earlier today tried MIDI (OTG mode) through USB to laptop and that was thankfully functioning nicely, so it seems like USB MIDI is very doable.

There is also another repo, although it sadly didn't function yet when tried it today:
