Up-to-date commitizen Docker image #1531

Greetings,
we use commitizen as a docker image in our CI/CD pipelines, but have now realised that the image we know is no longer being updated. The latest version there is 4.5.0, but according to the changelog there is already 4.8.3.

So I assume that https://hub.docker.com/r/commitizen/commitizen is not the official upstream?

Are there alternatives or plans to provide an up-to-date Docker image centrally somewhere? We would try to avoid to build it ourselves if it is not absolutely necessary. But at the same time we don't want to miss out on updates.

It is the official, we have a cronjob, but it's disabled by github after a period of inactivity. I'll trigger it again
