You can try to install with npm, but currently Windows is not supported.

With npm itself it is giving the error. Is there any stable and tested version of code-server is available for windows?
As I have downloaded every dependencies mentioned in the official docs but then also I'm facing the error.

No, there is not. We have this issue for it but no progress has been made: #1397
