[Feat]: Replace "Coming Soon" with "Explore Now" buttons for all sections #1160

What feature?

Description:
Currently, only the Libraries section has an "Explore Now" button, while the rest (Notes, Roadmaps, Preparation, Research Paper, Useful APIs) show "Coming Soon".
To improve consistency and user experience, replace these with "Explore Now" buttons, linking them to either existing or placeholder content pages.

Expected Behavior:

All sections should display "Explore Now" instead of "Coming Soon".
Each button should redirect to the relevant section (or a placeholder page if content isn’t ready yet).
