New to Foobar2000 #18

This isn't really an issue with the theme (I hope not). But I have been trying to download this theme since last night and I just cannot seem to get it working. It's beautiful and I did the small steps provided by placing the components of the file into the foobar200v2 folder in my %appdata% folder but everytime I reload the application nothing happens not a notification saying a new UI was found or anything. I have no Idea what I could possibly be doing wrong but this theme just will not download for me and I need some help. :/
