Please add support for a testId on each bottom tab item. This enables stable selectors for E2E testing (Detox/Appium) instead of relying on titles or icons, which are brittle and localization‐dependent. Proposed API: a testId per tab that maps to native identifiers (iOS accessibilityIdentifier, Android testID).
