Project Structure Template Suggestion #234

I think reformatting how a project is laid out with clear goals and objectives to not only mark that a project has been completed but gives the individual a bit better guidance may be beneficial. I would propose some sort of structure like so

# Project Title
## Project Description (brief summary)
### Project objectives
- List item 1
- List item 2
- List item 3
(etc.)
### Project Goal (Short description on what the goal of the project is and emphasizing that given the information learned in previous lessons/reading should allow the individual to complete the project)
### Future Improvements

My intention with this structure change is to try and retain the original feel of how projects are currently structured while giving a bit more detail on what is expected of the individual.
