• Check out the docs: Please read the docs thoroughly to understand what is available, what isn’t, and how to build with Catalyst. Find the documentation here!
• Search: Look for any existing discussions and related issues. When possible, link to relevant discussions and issues in your posts.
• Context: Provide as much information as you can to avoid too much back and forth. You’re much more familiar with your product than we are! Let us know what you're working on, who your customers are, what research you’ve done, and what constraints you’re facing. If relevant, share any screenshots or links so we can more easily help you.
• Teamwork: Remember Catalyst (and our discussions) are open source. Share as much as you can so everyone has the info they need to do their best work. If you have an externally sensitive topic, please reach out in the #catalyst channel in our Developer Slack space.
