The selection arrows are not working when deploying a new project. #1879

Hello everyone,
I’m trying to set up a new project create @bigcommerce/catalyst@latest
When it comes time to choose whether to create a new channel or join an existing one, the arrow keys is not working.

I use Windows 10 OS, node v20.13.1, windows command terminal, and PowerShell
I really appreciate any help you can provide.

UPDATE: The arrow keys only don't work when selecting "Would you like to create a new channel?" On other steps, everything works fine.
