What is the problem this feature will solve?

The errors from the problems tab in panel keeps showing after file is closed in VS Code. The errors only clear with a restart of the IDE.

What is the feature you are proposing to solve the problem?

Either:

1. Remove error message after file close if analyzing files in background is disabled (0)
2. Add another option so errors get removed when file is closed
