After popular demand ShellCheck was integrated in the language server #342 by @shabbyrobe.

Other extensions does provide better ShellCheck support than bash-language-server currently provides, specifically support for applying fixes.

The goal here would be feature parity with similar extensions and getting ShellCheck README to reflect this.
