Azure B2C SAML Logout request missing NameQualifier and SPNameQualifier #635

Hello,

I am trying to implement SLO with my Azure B2C acting as SP and I have SAML2.0 protocol using IdP of which I have no control over. When making AuthN request and receiving response from IdP it has Subject with NameQualifier and SPNameQualifier and Format. I would like to have these incorporated into my logout reuquest to NameId fields attributes. Now, NameId is empty of attributes. How do I get them there, or is it even possible? The IdP demands these for SLO to work.
