renaming_aps.py uploads invalid ap name #108

Description

I'm using the renamingaps.py script (https://github.com/aruba/central-python-workflows/blob/v2(pre-release)/Classic-Central/renaming_aps/renaming_aps.py) to rename aps in my test environment. I noticed that the script was enclosing the name in quotes, which only showed up in the config context in Central. Not in the regular list and not in New Central. It also appears to prevent the config from syncing. When I renamed the ap and removed the quotes, the config would sync again.

The issue seems to be this line (126) in renaming_aps.py:
new_names.append(json.dumps(row[1].replace('"', '')))

I suggest the following change:
new_names.append(json.dumps(row[1]).replace('"', ''))

Note the closing parenthesis after row[1]
