  1. feat(skills): 新增 mp2rss-x skill 并修订 mp / auth skill 的字段与触发描述 

    - 新增 skills/mp2rss-x/ —— 覆盖 x list / posts / articles 三个只读子命令,并显式声明 x subscribe / remove / search 仅走 Web 控制台(CLI 不暴露),避免 Agent 幻觉式生成不存在的命令
- README:把"X 命令组规划中"占位声明换成实际 skill 链接,install 提示中 skill 数从「两个」改「三个」
- skills/mp2rss-mp:description 里的 X 占位符(`<X 号>` / `取消订阅 X` 等)全部换成「<某公众号>」/「<某关键词>」,避免与新加的 mp2rss-x skill 触发冲突;末尾追加边界声明把「X 账号 / 推特 / xUserId」语义踢给 mp2rss-x;list JSON shape 补 `sourceType: "mp"`;Notes 补全错误 JSON `code` 字段语义
- skills/mp2rss-auth:status JSON 补 `name` / `email`(OAuth 浏览器登录回调写盘的字段,omitempty 携带);`-k` 直传流程改为明确「先校验、通过后落盘」,避免被误读为 one-shot 凭证

    报告文件含本地绝对路径、临时端口、PID、HEAD 快照,属于运行产物,不该
进仓库;同步修正 test/README.md 里关于该文件存在的描述与已过时的"当前
状态"段。
